Client Sign Offs (Disclosures, Acknowledgements, & Releases of Liability)

This is a 2 page PDF for our tinting, paint protection and vinyl wrap clients that includes all of the disclosures, acknowledgements and releases of liability that they have to sign off on before we start work on their project.

This PDF covers:

• Release of liability for damages during PPF, tint or vinyl wrap projects.
• Our storage fee for late pick ups
• Our credit card processing fee
• Expectations for contamination and workmanship
• Required supplemental appointment for PPF

Our team verbally goes through these sign offs and addresses any questions the custom may have.
